Hello from CCRM IT!


On Feb. 8th, 2021, CCRM IT switches over from the ManageEngine service desk to a new support platform through Freshdesk. This new platform helps us streamline tickets through workflows and automation allowing CCRM IT to provide more services through the portal, and help support you, the client, more efficiently. 


CCRM IT has completed phase I of this transition and will be working over the coming months through phase II, which will provide some of the following:


  • New onboarding process
  • New offboarding process
  • Department approvals for service requests
  • Asset management 
  • Continued self service build-out
  • Client satisfaction surveys


As we get closer to the completion of phase II, a new announcement will be posted to provide details and "how to" guides to help everyone through the new features. Until then, please take some time to look around the portal, see what services are available to request, look through some of the ever-growing knowledge base, and jot down any ideas you may have that CCRM IT can act on to help shape this platform to better support all of CCRM.
